 Profile
The Ginn Group, Inc (TGG) is a Small, Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, ISO Certified, privately held corporation that began operations in 2000. The Corporate offices are located in Peachtree City, Georgia, a busy suburb of Atlanta; additional offices are located in Newnan, Georgia. The company has grown steadily, was successfully audited by the Defense Contracting Audit Agency (DCAA) in 2013 and has many different strategic partners.
 Places
From its small beginnings in East Point, The Ginn Group has expanded its service locations into urban Atlanta/Fayette County and beyond to historic Fort McPherson and suburban cities such as Peachtree City, Forest Park and Morrow. Simultaneously, The Ginn Group has grown nationally and currently maintains contract offices in Georgia, Virginia, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Oklahoma. TGG is committed to steady growth and is poised to develop new business opportunities in additional locations.
 People
Character Counts! The Ginn Group has built its rapid success through its employees. The same standards of loyalty, dedication, integrity and ownership that came from founders Jim and Jerry Ginn, remain core values of the company’s professional and administrative staff. In addition to excellent character, every employee brings added value to the organization from their past experiences. Like the founders, a majority of the professional staff have a military background, while others possess commercial, corporate and teaching experience; TGG even has on its own, internal Quality Control, Safety and Security staff. This breadth of experience has produced Subject Matter Experts (SME) in dozens of career fields which has significantly aided the company’s growth and success across its many varied lines of business. From its modest start in 2000 with just three employees, The Ginn Group has demonstrated sustained and dramatic growth, and in early 2007, topped the three hundred employee milestone. By demanding high employee standards, and delivering a comprehensive salary and benefits package, TGG is eager and capable to expand its workforce to tackle new business opportunities.
 Performance
Performance can be measured in several ways and TGG takes pride in all of them. With respect to financial performance, The Ginn Group has bridged the financial hurdles of the first five years, and through careful debt management and sustained cash flow, has positioned itself for substantial growth over the next five years. Contract performance is a measurement of customer satisfaction, referral business and repeat contracts, and business is good! The work ethic of “always give a customer more than they asked for” has paid great dividends in the past and will remain the company’s motto for the future…Test us and see the difference!
 Products
From the first $90K risk assessment contract in 2001 to the recent $55M base operations contract, the ability to match capabilities to customer needs is paramount to the company’s success. A diverse mixture of business lines and contracts (product versus service, government versus private, large versus small) is just one more key factor that assures The Ginn Group’s future profitability and success.
 Partnerships
“Two heads ARE better than one”…Since its inception, The Ginn Group has realized the value and benefits of “Teaming” and continues to forge new partnerships with businesses who can deliver additional strengths and competencies to better serve our customers. We are proud to be team members of large companies such as Northrop-Grumman, Lockheed-Martin and Commsfirst Communications, and are equally proud of our partners in smaller 8(a) Small Business, Women Owned and Native American firms such as All Native Systems.
