The Ginn Group, Inc. provides Civilian on the Battlefield and Role Player support at various locations, including Ft.
Campbell, Ft. Drum, Ft. Indian Town Gap, Camp Atterbury, Ft. McCoy and Ft. Bragg. Services included furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services addressed herein to perform all work incidentals for the preparation of personnel to
serve as role-players functioning as Civilians on the Battlefield (COBs) or Opposing Forces (OPFOR) during IED lane
training and combat scenario based training/ exercises conducted in field training sites. Personnel provided included
Foreign Language Speakers and Non- Foreign Language Speakers acting in the roles of villagers, police, government
officials, translators, and opposing forces.
