The Ginn Group, Inc (TGG) is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned small business that began operations with its first contract in March of 2000. Past performance was based on the individual credentials of its owners, Jim and Jerry Ginn. As retired Army officers, both Jim and Jerry served in numerous command and senior staff positions. From its start with just three employees, The Ginn Group has demonstrated sustained and dramatic growth.
As The Ginn Group has grown, it has carefully selected an outstanding staff of dedicated and professional individuals. Each person was selected to fill a corporate staff position or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the marketing efforts for one of our core services. While many of TGG’s contracts are with the DoD, the commercial sector is also of great importance. Therefore, the staff is a balance of personnel with both military and commercial experience.
